In accordance with the Europe and USA Standards the milk’s quality is estimated by protein’s content in milk. The more qualitative milk is considered the milk with the largerer content of protein.

IRF-464 allows to determine content of protein and the dry substances in milk fast and firm without using of the expensive chemical reagents. The determination is executed according to the instructions supplying with the our device’s description.

Quantity of the dry substances in nondeluted milk of the healthy cow is from 8,5 to 9,5%. If the dry substances’s quantity is decreased to 8% and smaller the inflammatory process is began. To determine a inflammatory place is necessary to test milk from every several teat of the cow’s udder.
